Grinding steps (dry ingredients only)

  1. Prepare ingredients: Ensure ingredients are dry. Break large pieces into smaller chunks if needed.
  2. Load the SUS cup: Add a small batch to avoid overfilling for better consistency.
  3. Close the lid: Ensure the double-lid is properly seated for a tighter seal.
  4. Press to grind: Use lid-press control. Grind in short cycles for better texture control.
  5. Stop and check: Pause to check fineness through the visible cover and repeat if needed.
  6. Finish safely: Wait until the blade fully stops before opening.

Tips for better results

  • Use short pulse cycles to control fineness and reduce heat build-up.
  • For strong-aroma ingredients (spices, coffee), clean promptly to reduce odor transfer.
  • Process very hard ingredients in small batches for smoother results.

Cleaning tips

  • Unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Clean the SUS cup after use; avoid immersing the motor base in water.
  • Wipe the base with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
